I bought a second car from this dealership - another EV. Everyone was polite, helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want. Abdul D was great to work with helping to figure out the financing vs leasing options. And he answered all my questions without my ever feeling like I was taking too much of his time.
The service centre staff are great too. They really know their EV mechanics and i have never felt like i was getting the run around on repairs

My poor old 2010 Kia Soul Burner Edition is just barely limping along so I brought it out to Donnelly's for a complete check-up and some advice. Sajae on the repair side carefully read over the car's repair history and my new estimate from Midas for repairs, and then he REFUSED to conduct the check-up saying that he felt he would be spending my money on services that I could ill afford. He also said that Midas seemed to be doing a good job repairing the car but he felt that my repairs would only become more frequent and more expensive. He suggested that I consider getting a new vehicle when I could afford to. I went to him fully expecting to pay for a $300 full diagnostic on the vehicle. His honesty and kindness was so incredible. He was also so generous to take that much time with me when I wasn't even getting the car looked at, let alone serviced. He then introduced me to Hussein on the sales side, and this lovely man was just as kind and helpful, discussing all my various options, including just keeping my vehicle for the time being. In the end I opted to keep the car and make the repairs elsewhere. I felt no pressure or impatience with my decision. They just wished me the best and hoped I might come out and see them, again, when I was ready to buy a new car. They most certainly will!! What a great place.

I've always been told to never go to a dealer for repairs or maintenance because they'll gouge you or what not. That has never been my experience with Donnelly. I purchased my van brand new in 2017 and they've done all the maintenance.
**Edited to add that their honesty very apparent in all things. Still glad to be going to them for all my maintenance (haven't had an issue yet so strictly maintenance. Get a Kia!)
